Ordering & Payment

What is the minimum order size?

All orders require a minimum of 80 items.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept ACH, checks, and all major credit cards. Please note that credit card payments are subject to a processing fee.

When should I place my Q4 holiday order?

We recommend placing your order as soon as possible to ensure full availability and ideal delivery windows. You can adjust your quantity or delivery date up to two weeks before your scheduled delivery.

Product Information

Are your products individually boxed?

Yes, we offer individually gift boxed items in most markets. We also offer multi-packs (2-4 units per box) in other scenarios. Regardless, we have a solution for you!

Do you offer vegetarian or non-meat gift options?

Yes. We offer a selection of cheese assortments, cookies & chocolates, mixed nuts, and dried fruit trays that are ideal for vegetarian recipients or diverse dietary needs.

How many people does a turkey serve?

Plan for one pound per person — or 1.5 pounds per person if you’d like leftovers. A 15 lb turkey typically serves 10–15 guests depending on portion sizes.

What sizes do turkeys and hams come in?
  • Turkeys: 10–24 lbs 
  • Hams: Available in bone-in, boneless, and spiral-sliced - sizes ranging from 6–15 lbs

 

Delivery, Logistics & Storage

Can I choose my delivery date and time?

Yes, we can deliver 24/7, 365 days of the year. We work with you to deliver within a 4–5 hour window on the date you choose. Exact timing can often be accommodated based on location and shift schedules.

Can you deliver to multiple locations?

Yes. We can coordinate deliveries to multiple business locations, warehouses, or event sites nationwide upon request.

How is the product delivered?

Products are delivered frozen on a refrigerated truck. Orders are palletized, shrink-wrapped and on 40×48 inch pallets. We require that a member of your team, on-site, confirms the number of boxes before our trucks departs.

How long will turkeys and hams stay frozen after delivery?

Products should remain frozen for the full day of delivery, especially when stored on the pallet in a cool area. Products should be handed out the day they are delivered.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can change your order. Final order quantities are due 2 weeks prior to delivery, based on availability.
